Will it take longer before you receive the hair than normal?
At Unique Beauty Luxe we put your wellbeing and the safety of our staff as the absolute number one. We strictly stick to the guidelines and information from the health authorities. We have adapted the process to handle and ship the hair in line with these guidelines. A more thorough process will take more time as you will understand. We check if our suppliers and service providers act in line with the safety guidelines.
Our carriers cannot always operate within the timelines as before the COVID-19 pandemic. You might experience delays in shipping. Unique Beauty Luxe wants you to receive the hair your ordered as swift as possible and that will always be our goal.
What is Unique Beauty Luxe doing to keep the facility where we store and handle the hair COVID-19 free.
Unique Beauty Luxe has increased the schedule of regular cleaning and disinfection. We also have implemented hand sanitizer stations around our facility. Our staff and inhouse service providers have been provided with disposable gloves and mask to wear throughout the day. Our staff respects the social distancing rules and we wash our hands more frequently.
