Return Policy



Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL. However, exchanges are accepted on conditions.

Exchanges must be pre-authorized by Unique Beauty Luxe.

Exchange must be made within 7 business days from the delivery date of the product only

Product(s) for replacement must be in its original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, not brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, removed from the weft or processed. Must be in original packaging and with the tags if attached.

If the requested product(s) has been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tempered with, those product(s) are ineligible and considered unauthorized for an exchange.

Company does not exchange used, installed and damaged products and exchange will only be made with unused items in intact packing.

Only in special situations, exchanges are made and for this, items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with all the tags and seals intact. No exchanges are made in alterations.

Alterations include but are not limited to:

  • Cut
  • Combed
  • Finger combed
  • Brushed
  • Wet
  • Dyed
  • Bleached
  • Conditioned

All shipping costs are at the expense of customer on return and exchange, please consult us before this.

According to the LAW and Texas Health Regulations, Unique Beauty Luxe is obliged to uphold the standards and make no exceptions from the regulations. Please note that all sales are final, without exceptions.

Unique Beauty Luxe prides itself on maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. The only special conditions needed for exchange are:

  1. Items must be in their original condition
  2. Items must be shipped back for exchange within 7 days of receipt
  3. Items will be thoroughly inspected before going for exchange.

Certain colors that are not exchanged are: all ombres, #6, and #27, honey blonde/platinum blonde blend, #30, #33 and any other custom hair and special requests. We will not refund or exchange any Custom Silk Top 13×4 frontals, clip-ins, wigs and special orders.
