Please make sure to place an order with only verified and correct credit card information. In case of unconfirmed status of your billing information, the order will be cancelled. Please read the following details carefully prior to place any order.
1- Your order will be processed once your payment gets clear that often takes 24 hours to get clear.
2- Processing day for all the orders placed on Friday will be Monday; the next business day.
3- Closure orders, Regular Bundle Collection and Raw Hair Collections often take 5 to 7 business days to get processed.
4- Custom Colored Bundles take 14 business days while Custom color #613 Closures and 13×4’s take 10 business days to get processed.
1- To make sure the smooth delivery of your orders, please note the abbreviation “Apt” alongside your apartment number on your order.
2- No changes can be made in shipping information after placing an order.
3- After completing your order, give a thorough look to your order details like lengths, texture and type of hair as well as to your shipping and billing details.
4- Orders are NOT CANCELLED after being processed. For orders that we accept for exchange, we will apply an order change convenience fee, which is $20.
Please be informed that website sometimes do not work properly in calculating some additional costs of certain products when placing an order with mobile phone or tablet. In that case, you can be asked to pay additional costs for the product, non-payment to which will lead to the shipment of paid items only.
Consider the minimum time of 24 hours for all the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping with signature confirmation:
Unique Beauty Luxe currently ships orders using FedEx and USPS. Shipping requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities.
Please note that once packages are received by FedEx or USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. Responsibility is passed on to the FedEx customer service

Orders placed within the United States
For all orders shipped in US, USPS – United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) is used.
- On average, orders made within the US take about 7 to 9 business days to complete, but during holidays and promotional/sale dates, it may vary.
- Processing time for order is 3-5 days and shipping is 5-7 days but it can be shorter or longer as well. Orders placed after 1pm PST will only be processed on the next business day.
- You will be informed via email for package delivery and your presence is necessary to sign the received shipment. In case of your unavailability, the package would be sent back to the local postal depot for collection.
- We are not responsible for any lost and stolen package and will not reimburse the package cost. However, insurance is included in the shipping price and we can assist you to fill a claim, so you may have goods replaced at a fair market value of the item you have paid for. Unique Beauty Luxe ships international orders via DHL, FedEx International & USPS priority International.
1- Outside US orders may have custom fees or taxes that are needed to be paid by customer upon delivery. Unique Beauty Luxe is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
2- Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS and shipping rates vary depending on the location.

If you have had issues with your local carrier service in receiving packages. Shipping insurance option is good to go with. It’s optional but HIGHLY recommended. It is offered by Third Party provider (FEDEX & USPS). It reimburses your parcel if is lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
